Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time:


All of India: 1-7 business days (depending on location and courier service)


 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You received a wrong or damaged item, or

The product was defective on arrival.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and details at support@houseofderma.co.in

After reviewing your request, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations or changes are not possible.
